How to choose the right electric forklift

013 or 4 wheels

3-wheel forklifts have a small turning radius and work efficiently in narrow aisles and crowded spaces. 4-wheel models are more stable, carry heavier loads and cope better with ramps and outdoor platforms.

02Capacity

Start from your heaviest pallet and add a 20–25% margin. Capacity drops at full lift height, so check the residual load on the datasheet — this matters most with 5–6 m masts.

03Mast and lift height

Duplex (3–3.3 m) is enough for loading/unloading and low racking. Triplex (4.35–6 m) reaches high racking and has free lift, which is useful when loading into containers and trucks.

04Lithium-ion battery

All models have a Li-Ion battery: no water top-ups or separate charging room are needed, and it can be charged during breaks, with no battery swap between shifts.
