Mesh metal containers (also called metal cages or metal storage boxes) are galvanised steel structures with welded-mesh walls on a rigid base. They are used for storing and transporting bulk goods, pallets or recyclable materials.
HOW DO THEY HELP ORGANISE THE WAREHOUSE?
Forklifts allow pallets and heavy goods to be handled quickly, reducing loading/unloading time and minimising the risk of injury at the workplace.

How to choose the right metal container
01Base and pallet
The 1,200 × 800 mm base (1200x800x1000) matches a Euro pallet, and the 1,200 × 1,000 mm base (1200x1000x1000 and 1200x1000x1700) corresponds to the 1,200 × 1,000 mm industrial pallet. Choose the base that matches the pallets you already use, so handling stays the same. The 800 × 600 mm cage is for parts, tools and small quantities.
02Height and volume
A height of 900–1,000 mm (approx. 0.43–1.2 m³) covers parts, palletised goods and bulk materials. At 1,700 mm (approx. 2 m³), the 1200x1000x1700 is recommended for large volumes and bulky materials where storage space is limited.
03Stacking and load
All four cages are stackable, to make use of vertical space. The product pages do not state the maximum load per container or the number of stacking levels — confirm them on 022 788 907 before stacking heavy goods. The roll container page does not mention stacking.
04Handling
The 1,200 mm bases match standard pallet dimensions, so the cages can be handled with a forklift or pallet truck — see manual pallet trucks and electric forklifts. The roll container is moved by hand on swivel wheels, from the warehouse straight to the sales floor.

For moving goods from the warehouse to the sales floor — in supermarkets, warehouses, logistics centres and at distributors supplying shops. The doors close the contents during transport, the intermediate shelf splits the volume into two levels, and the swivel wheels allow it to be moved. It measures 820 × 720 × 1,720 mm and weighs 40 kg.
