MICROCELL S.R.L. is a commercial company registered in the Republic of Moldova, an authorized importer of HELI-brand industrial equipment, selling forklifts, pallet trucks, floor scrubbers, racking systems and construction equipment, along with rental, service/repair, and spare-parts services.

By accessing or using handlerkraft.md, and by submitting an order/reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

HandlerKraft may update these Terms at any time, with notice given via the Site. The version applicable to your order/reservation is the one published at the time it is submitted.

HandlerKraft makes reasonable efforts to present products as accurately as possible — photos, technical specifications, dimensions and features — but does not guarantee the absence of technical or typographical errors. The display of products, prices, and availability on the Site constitutes an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer of sale, unless expressly confirmed by HandlerKraft as described in section 4.

All reservations are subject to availability from the HELI supplier. If a product is no longer available after your request is submitted, we will contact you to offer alternatives or cancel the request, with no payment obligation on your part.

Prices shown on handlerkraft.md are expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL). Any amount shown in euros (EUR) is for information only, calculated at an internal reference rate, and does not constitute an offer to pay in EUR. Whether VAT is included is stated on each product page or communicated by a representative before the order is confirmed.

For made-to-order/project-configured products (e.g. industrial racking systems — Cash&Carry, Cantilever, selective pallet racking, mezzanines, Drive-In), pricing is set individually via a quote.

The Site has no online payment module. The form at handlerkraft.md/cart does not process any payment — no bank card details are entered or transmitted through this form.

• You select products in the cart and indicate client type — individual or legal entity (the latter requires the company's IDNO and identification details) — then contact details, delivery/pickup preference, and desired payment method
• Submitting the form constitutes a reservation request/offer from you, not a binding order, and creates no payment obligation
• A HandlerKraft representative contacts you by phone or email to confirm availability, final price, delivery/pickup timeline, and payment terms
• The sales contract is considered concluded only at the moment of this confirmation (by phone, in writing, or via invoice/pro-forma), per Article 679 et seq. of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova

If you leave the page before finishing the form, the data entered may be temporarily saved locally in your browser (not on our servers) for up to 48 hours, then deleted automatically.

• Cash — at HandlerKraft's premises or on delivery
• Bank transfer — to MICROCELL S.R.L.'s account (details provided at order confirmation)
• Invoice with payment terms — available for recurring corporate customers, on request

Legal entities that need a VAT invoice are asked to provide the company's IDNO at the time of reservation.

Standard fulfillment is by in-person pickup from the showroom/warehouse (Muncești road 364, Chișinău), by prior appointment.

Delivery to other localities in the Republic of Moldova (and, on request, abroad) can be arranged for an additional fee, set individually based on destination, size, and weight, communicated before the order is confirmed.

Delivery/preparation timelines given are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability from the HELI supplier — particularly for bulky industrial equipment, which is not shipped via standard courier.

Under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection, a Customer who is an individual purchasing a product outside their trade, business, or professional activity (a "consumer") has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of physically receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or configured to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, industrial racking systems custom-built to a project).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify HandlerKraft in writing (sales@handlerkraft.md) of your decision. The product must be returned at your expense (unless HandlerKraft agrees otherwise), in its original condition, unused, with original packaging, within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of its return shipment.

Products carry the statutory conformity guarantee under Law No. 105/2003, as well as, where applicable, HELI's manufacturer warranty, whose specific terms (duration, conditions) are stated on the product page or communicated at order confirmation.

Complaints about product/service quality should be sent to sales@handlerkraft.md or to HandlerKraft's registered address; statutory resolution timelines are those set by Law No. 105/2003.

Consumers dissatisfied with the resolution of a complaint may contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (formerly ISSPNPC).

All content on handlerkraft.md — including, but not limited to: logos, trademarks, photographs, text, graphic design, source code, site structure, and databases — is the exclusive property of MICROCELL S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected under Law No. 139/2010 on copyright and related rights.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without HandlerKraft's prior written consent is prohibited
• Using the "HandlerKraft" mark or associated logos for commercial purposes without a license is prohibited
• Citing or referencing HandlerKraft's products for informational purposes, with attribution, is permitted

You agree to use handlerkraft.md exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scrapers, or any automated means to extract data from the Site
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam), malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access
• Any action that could damage, overload, or compromise the Site's operation
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other people or companies
• Posting fake reviews or defamatory content
• Using the Site for illegal or fraudulent activities

HandlerKraft reserves the right to suspend or block access for any user who violates these provisions, without prior notice.

The Site handlerkraft.md is provided "as is", without implicit or explicit guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or the absence of errors.

HandlerKraft is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use products
• Temporary Site interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, or cyberattacks
• Content of third-party sites accessible via links from handlerkraft.md
• Damage caused by incorrect use of purchased products, contrary to the user manual

The processing of personal data is governed by HandlerKraft's Privacy Policy, a separate document that is an integral part of these Terms.

Data is processed in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data (which transposes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and replaces Law No. 133/2011 as of August 23, 2026), for processing your reservation/order request, issuing invoices, and, where you have given consent, marketing communications.

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except strictly necessary technical providers (form processing, hosting, traffic analysis) and public authorities where the law requires it.

HandlerKraft will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation caused by a force majeure event (within the meaning of Article 921 of the Civil Code), including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, armed conflict, general strikes, customs blockages, disruptions to the HELI manufacturer's supply chain, or restrictive regulations issued by authorities.

HandlerKraft will notify the customer within 5 business days of a force majeure event arising, and will make reasonable efforts to minimize its effects and resume performance as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will first be resolved amicably.

Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

Consumers may additionally contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (formerly ISSPNPC), and for data protection matters, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP).

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without HandlerKraft's prior written consent. HandlerKraft may assign these rights to a legal successor or as part of a corporate restructuring.

Waiver. HandlerKraft's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms in a given case does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HandlerKraft regarding use of the Site and the submission of orders/reservations.

Updates. The current version of these Terms is always available at handlerkraft.md/pages/termeni-si-conditii. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
