Handler HN manual stacker – 1,000 kg, lifts to 1,600 / 2,500 / 3,000 mm
The Handler HN manual hydraulic stacker lifts pallets of up to 1,000 kg to 1.6, 2.5 or 3 metres — no battery, no charger and no energy costs. You pump the foot pedal, and the hydraulic cylinder and chains raise the forks up the mast. It is the natural next step from a manual pallet truck when a pallet no longer just needs moving, but lifting onto a rack, a workbench or a platform.
Three lift heights, one model
| Model | Lift height | Suitable for |
|---|---|---|
| HN1016 | 1,600 mm | workbenches, platforms, the first rack level |
| HN1025 | 2,500 mm | medium-height warehouse racking, stacking pallets |
| HN1030 | 3,000 mm | the highest lift in the series, for upper rack levels |
All three versions share the same 1,000 kg capacity and the same forks — only the mast height differs. Choose the height by the highest level your pallets need to reach.
Construction and operation
- Hydraulic drive with foot pedal — lift the load with your foot, keeping your hands free to guide the stacker and the pallet.
- Mast with central hydraulic cylinder and twin chains — smooth lifting of the fork carriage over the full height.
- Safety mesh guard on the mast between the operator and the load.
- Fixed 1,150 mm forks with an outer width of 550 mm — the same dimensions as standard manual pallet trucks.
- Swivel castors with brake and a manoeuvring handle, for precise positioning in front of the rack.
- New Handler design in HandlerKraft red. 12-month warranty on the hydraulic drive.
Manual stacker or electric stacker?
A manual stacker is the economical choice when you lift pallets a few times per shift: there is no battery to maintain and no socket needed. If you lift pallets frequently throughout the day, or need heights above 3 metres, an electric stacker saves the operator effort and works faster.

- Fork length: 1,150 mm
- Distance between the outer edges of the forks: 550 mm

Recommended applications
Recommended for:
- Small and medium warehouses, shops and wholesale premises with racking
- Workshops and production halls — lifting materials to the level of workbenches and machines
- Warehouses where pallets are lifted occasionally and an electric machine is not justified
- Premises without a socket for charging a battery
Usage tip: move the stacker only with the forks lowered; lift the load with the stacker stationary, on a level surface, with the castor brakes applied.
