Emerald Solid Lip Forklift Tyres – Quick Fitting, No Press

Emerald solid tyres with the Lip profile (also known as click/quick-fit tyres) are designed for one-piece rims without a locking ring. The "lip" edge locks directly onto the rim, so no hydraulic press is needed for fitting or removal – a major advantage when a tyre has to be changed quickly.

Quick fitting and removal: no hydraulic press required, unlike solid STD tyres.
No risk of punctures: solid rubber, immune to punctures, cuts and metal debris on the floor.
Mark and Non-Mark versions: Mark (non-marking) for clean floors in food and pharmaceutical warehouses or showrooms; Non-Mark (standard black rubber) for general use, more economical.
Size range: 6 sizes, from 16 x 6 - 8 up to 8.15 x 15 (28 x 9 - 15).
