• Standard fulfillment is by in-person pickup from the showroom/warehouse (Muncești road 364, Chișinău), by prior appointment.
• Delivery to other localities in the Republic of Moldova (and, on request, abroad) can be arranged for an additional fee, set individually based on destination, size, and weight, and communicated before the order is confirmed.
• Delivery/preparation timelines given are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability from the HELI supplier.
